KinetiQ is a Performance & Injury-Prevention Operating System for commercial fitness facilities. It replaces standard flooring with a proprietary, camera-free Kinetic Data Sensor Array that captures force, stability, and balance data in real-time. The system's AI then uses this data to deliver hyper-personalized, corrective coaching.

How does KinetiQ's system benefit gym users?

KinetiQ primarily benefits users by providing always-on biomechanics coaching, which translates directly to safer, more effective workouts. The system identifies and corrects form flaws and muscular imbalances immediately, significantly reducing injury risk and ensuring users see measurable progress, which boosts motivation and engagement.

What is the business model, and how much does it cost the gym upfront?

KinetiQ uses a Fitness-as-a-Service (FaaS) model. We require $0 CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) up front. The gym pays one predictable, low monthly OPEX (Operating Expenditure) fee, which bundles the hardware lease (the floor tiles) and the AI software subscription.

Can KinetiQ's system be customized for different gym sizes?

Yes. KinetiQ utilizes a "Land and Expand" strategy, making it highly adaptable for any facility size. Gyms begin with a small, manageable installation—a KinetiQ Zone (e.g., 40–100 sq ft) in a high-traffic area like the squat racks. Once the gym validates the clear ROI in that zone, they can easily expand the installation floor-by-floor or area-by-area (e.g., to functional training turf, HIIT zones).

Will KinetiQ replace our personal trainers?

Absolutely not. KinetiQ is a Trainer Revenue Accelerator, not a replacement. Our system provides trainers with objective, data-backed reports (like 'Hip Instability Reports') directly to their app or dashboard. This precise data on member stability and form flaws allows trainers to justify, customize, and upsell specialized corrective exercise programs, increasing their client conversion rates and driving high-value service revenue.
